Who's not excited???
Five days away and I cannot figure out if I am ready or not. It seems like there are so many things to do to get ready. I know that if I just get the truck loaded on Saturday morning, things will fall in place. I have a million good ideas and two minutes to prep for them. Funny, last fall I had the entire plan in place and now it seems so distant. Time and a good elephant shake shure can change things. What the hell, If I show up with enough food and booze to share, and a guitar, I bet I can fit in. If not, I will have to go find some hillbillys and move on in...but then who am I kidding?.?.?.I can't camp without the team! We have been the tag alongs for the last few years and now it seems as if we have a place so who would want to ruin that! Wait then...I guess we are ready! Wooo Woooooo!!!

ReplyDeleteSEE YOU IN A FEW DAYS. About 52 hours for me until I'm pulling in. I've decided to pack up and haul butt outta Colorado on Thursday as soon as I can get out of the office - sometime around 4pm DenCO time. Puts me there about 1am Winfield time.
I've been throwing stuff into the back of the Clown Car since last week. All I have to do now is load my instruments, my tickets, and my drugs and I'm on my way.
Wooooohooooooooo.

ReplyDeleteI just have to get through a major day in NY on Friday, and then I'll be ready to party either in celebration, or to drown my sorrows, either way I'm looking forward to getting this week behind me and getting outta Dodge! err, would that be going to Dodge? or Abilene, or Winfield?
